The Products are delivered to the address stated in the order, within the Greek Territory and in Cyprus.
Mode and Time of Delivery
The delivery time of the Products you have ordered depends on many factors as there may be delays for reasons beyond our responsibility. The Products are shipped via the company Geniki Tachydromiki or Speedex for the Greek Territory and Cyprus. When placing your order you can choose to have the Products shipped to you or to pick up from a store. Orders for ready-to-deliver products are shipped the next working day within Attica and to islands within two (2) - three (3) working days. Otherwise, they are shipped within 2-10 days, depending on the case. Product deliveries are made from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. If you want another courier company of your choice, please get in touch with our service department at 210-2772482.
Xionoula.gr does not recognize the existence of any liability in case of delay in delivery due to extreme weather, strikes, and force majeure, so the above delivery deadline will be extended as long as the reason for the delay lasts. In addition, there is the option of receiving your order directly from our stores.

Shipping Costs
All shipping and packaging costs are calculated on the total shopping cart in the final payment amount.
- For purchases of 49,00€ and more the shipping is FREE.
- The shipping charge for purchases up to 49,00€ for payment by credit card or paypal is 3,00€.
- The shipping charge for purchases up to 49,00€ for payment by bank deposit is 3,00€.
- The delivery charge for purchases up to 60,00€ for payment by cash on delivery is 5,00€.
For missions in Cyprus
Shipments to Cyprus have an estimated delivery time of 7-11 working days for ready-to-deliver products For purchases of 120,00€ and more the shipping is FREE. The shipping charge for purchases up to 120,00€ for payment by credit card, paypal or bank deposit is 13,00€. Cash on delivery for Cyprus is not supported
Returns policy
The customer has the right to return a product whether it is defective or not satisfactory and request a replacement or a refund of the amount allocated for the purchase. If you choose to exercise the right of withdrawal and request a refund, your money will be refunded within 5-6 working days from the date of cancellation of the order, or within 14 working days at the latest in exceptional cases. In case you decide to return the product, it is necessary that the following conditions are met:
Thank you for your order in our store. In the event that the courier company that we entrusted with the transport of the package, delivered it to you broken or damaged. Please take a picture of the broken or damaged item inside our package and send it to [email protected]. Then, within 3 days we will inform you of the replacement or refund process.
Refund Terms:
1) Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date indicated on the sales document.
2) Under no circumstances will a product that is not in its original condition be accepted. The product must not be returned to its original condition:
a) Not have been washed
(b) have all its labels, and
(c) the packaging must not have been damaged
3) The product must be returned with all the documents that accompany it, such as the retail sales receipt, the shipping label, etc.
Return procedure

-Pack the product so that it is protected during shipping.
-Finally, in case the product has a defect or a mistake has been made in your order, you send the parcel via the courier agency from which you received your order
Please note that the return costs are charged by the company only in the case of our error or defective product! In any other case, the costs are charged to the customer.
Attention: if any of the above instructions are received, the return will not be accepted by our company.
* For reasons of hygiene, products that may affect the personal hygiene of the person are not returnable. Some of them are the following:
- Sleeping pillows, pillow fillings, duvets, bed covers, and pillow covers are not returnable for hygiene reasons.
- No changes are made to seasonal items
- Returns on request: embroidered towels, curtains, etc..
**No change of preference of your original selection can be made in terms of "credit/change" of the returned item once a period of 14 days has elapsed. Beyond the above period, the original "credit/change" option cannot be changed to "refund".
Cancellation of Order
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at 2102772482 or online at [email protected] with your order number. *Cancellations are accepted up to 5 hours from the time of your order. In case the order has proceeded and you are in the process of transportation the customer will be charged the transportation costs.
Clarifications
If any of the products you ordered are not available, then we will contact you by e-mail or phone as soon as possible to inform you of the possible delivery time or anything else.
In this case, you have the option, if you feel that this period is not satisfactory, to request cancellation of your order of the specific product. Any remaining order can be executed as normal.

Make your exchange with another product (already available in that store) in a Xionoula Home store with the product and proof of purchase. Valid for in-store purchases from the online store.
