The present website is an online store selling products via the internet (hereinafter referred to as "xionoula.gr") of the individual business under the name "Xionoula Home" and the distinctive title "Xionoula Home" (A.F.M 040241601) located at 19 Anaxagora, N.Ionia. The website is the information and e-shop for the exhibition and sale of its products with an independent price policy, terms of payment, sale, and delivery of products.

The Company as the administrator of the Website is the Data Controller of the personal data we collect from you during your visit to our Website, i.e. all information that identifies you as a person or can identify you directly or indirectly.

The Company takes the protection of your privacy and personal data very seriously and has taken all necessary measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of the information concerning the visitors/users of its Website.

The information voluntarily provided by the users of the Website is used by www.xionoula.gr in order for its users to have direct and meaningful communication with the Store, to provide them with answers to specific questions they ask, and finally, to be assisted in the execution of their orders.

In order to start any transaction with the Company, it is necessary for you to provide some personal data. When you place an order, you will be asked for your full name or the name of the Company, your e-mail address, your address or registered office, the address to which the products sold will be sent if different from the previous one, telephone number, etc.

The Company collects and processes the personal data of the visitor/registered user/customer, as declared by him/her when creating his/her account and ordering in the data registration form, in order to complete his/her specific order through the e-Store, as well as when filling in the online contact form.

Furthermore, for purposes of e-commerce and customer satisfaction, for purposes of targeted online advertising, optimization of our products and services, and for administrative and internal business purposes, the Company may collect and process personal data of its users and customers with the following distinctions.

www.xionoula.gr does not distribute to any other organization or partner not affiliated with the Merchant the e-mail addresses, or any other information concerning its users and customers, except to direct partners in the order processing process.

By visiting the website

By simply visiting and browsing the Website, certain information may be automatically collected, which may identify you directly or indirectly, such as Your computer's Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type and operating system, the web pages you visited immediately before and after visiting the Site, the speed of the connection and information about the software programs installed on the computer, basic server connection information and information collected through HTML cookies, Flash cookies, Web beacons and other similar technologies (see below in the Cookies section).

Registration and online purchase

In the case of online purchases, the Merchant will process the personal data of the User, as declared by the User when creating his/her account and/or placing an order in the data registration form, in order to complete the specific order through the online Shop. Each user of the online store www.xionoula.gr has the possibility to choose two ways to complete an online order and to declare in each case his/her personal data:

α) As a simple visitor:

In this case, the personal data will be kept in the Company's files for 2 years from the delivery or completion of the specific order and their processing will relate exclusively to the execution of the distance selling contract. However, the data proving that the transaction has been carried out will be retained for tax purposes (invoicing document) and his/her contact data will be used by the Company for commercial communication purposes unless the user has declared that he/she does not wish to receive such communication.

b) As a registered user of the e-shop:

In this case, the registered user has created a user account in our online store and his/her personal data will be kept in the records of the Merchant until he/she requests their deletion. Once a year, the Merchant will ask the registered user to confirm the correctness of the data that it maintains and to update it if there are any changes. The registered user may at any time change or correct his/her data by logging into his/her account at www.xionoula.gr (login) with his/her username and password.

In order to carry out any transaction through the e-store and to place orders for products, the following are requested: The full name, the shipping address of the products, the billing address of the order (if different from the shipping address), the payment method (if payment by invoice is selected), the customer's/user's mobile phone number, the customer's/user's landline phone number (optional field) and the customer's e-mail address.

In the event that delivery of products is requested to a third person other than the visitor/registered user, the latter acknowledges that he/she will be fully responsible for the information and full consent of the person he/she designates as the recipient, for the disclosure of his/her personal data to xionoula.gr for the sole purpose of delivery to him/her of the relevant products and assumes full responsibility for any claims of this person against the Company.

The electronic payment data are not stored in the storage media of the Website during the transaction but are directly registered in a secure environment of the respective cooperating bank that has undertaken the routing of electronic payments.

The purpose of the basic processing of the data is the execution of the contract and the completion of the specific order, the communication with the user/customer and the sending of information messages concerning the stages of the processing of the order, the provision of clarifications related to the order and generally the information on purchases made by the user/customer, the delivery of the order to the place of choice of the user/customer, the confirmation and identification of the user/customer in any necessary case and the information on the existing stock in the Store. The visitor or registered user is informed that the provision of the above mandatory personal data as well as the details of his/her transactions is necessary and is a prerequisite for the proper execution of the order contract and delivery of products and services. For this reason, his/her consent is not required for this specific processing.

Third-party recipients of the personal data of the visitor/registered user may be transport companies, companies for individual or group e-mails, and internet and e-commerce service providers, who are subject to the specific strict conditions of personal data processing that they have agreed with the Company, as the Data Controller.

3. Use of personal data
Your data is used for the purposes described above. We do not collect or process more or other types of personal data, except for the strictly necessary.

Your data is used and managed solely by the provisions of this Policy unless you have specifically consented to other uses. If we intend to use your data that we process with your consent for purposes other than those disclosed in that consent, we will inform you in advance, and in cases where the processing is based on your consent, we will use your data for a different purpose only with your permission.

Sending an email to the email address (e-mail) you have provided us with when you place your order is done in order to inform you of the progress of your order. You can, through the account you have created on the Website, choose whether or not you wish to receive advertising/promotional material by e-mail.

However, if due to the complexity of your request or the volume of information involved, it is not possible to satisfy your request within this period, we will inform you in writing within the above period of the reasons for the delay and we will make every effort to satisfy your request as soon as possible.

The Merchant reserves the right not to satisfy your request if it is considered manifestly unfounded or excessive, informing you of the reasons for not satisfying it. In any case, you have the right to complain to the Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).

The Merchant will not collect or process personal data of children under the age of 16 unless parental consent has been given by applicable law. If we become aware that a child's data has been collected in error, we will delete such data without undue delay.
